5. Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a Royal Mail tracking number and a direct link to track your shipment in real-time.

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, failed delivery attempts, or if the customer fails to collect the parcel from the local depot within the Royal Mail holding period, the following options will be offered:

8. Damaged or Lost Parcels
If your parcel arrives damaged or does not arrive within 15 business days after dispatch, please contact us immediately at contact@useazura.uk.
We will open an investigation with Royal Mail and take appropriate steps to either resend or refund your order, depending on the outcome.
