Return & Refund Policy

At Azura, we are committed to ensuring that our customers are fully satisfied with their purchases. If for any reason you are not completely happy with your order, we offer a clear and fair return and refund process in accordance with UK consumer law.


1. Legal Right to Cancel

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, customers in the United Kingdom have the right to cancel their purchase within 14 calendar days from the date the goods are received.

This cancellation right applies to all non-customised, non-perishable items and includes sale items.


2. Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The return request must be made within 14 calendar days of delivery.

  • Items must be in unused, unworn, unwashed condition, and in their original packaging with all tags intact.

  • Any signs of use, damage, perfume, or alteration will void the eligibility for return.

  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation email or receipt) must be provided.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.


3. How to Initiate a Return

To request a return, please email us at contact@useazura.uk with the following details:

  • Full name

  • Order number

  • Item(s) you wish to return

  • Reason for return (optional, but helpful)

Our team will respond within 1-2 business days with return instructions and the return address.


4. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

  • We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.

  • Azura is not responsible for items lost or damaged in return transit.


5. Refund Processing

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you via email of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

  • A full refund will be issued to your original payment method.

  • Refunds are processed within 7 business days of receiving the return.

  • You will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been initiated.

Please note: Depending on your payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to reflect in your account.


6. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or colour, we recommend returning the original item for a refund and placing a new order.


7. Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us at contact@useazura.uk within 7 days of delivery. Include photos of the item and packaging if possible. We will prioritise these cases and offer a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.


8. Final Sale Items

Items marked as Final Sale or Non-Returnable are not eligible for return or refund, unless defective or damaged upon arrival.
